The Allen Group was selected by Kraft Food Group to develop a 165,000 sq. ft. refrigerated addition to their existing facility at 4512 Frontier Way in Stockton, CA.  The existing facility, in operation since 1990, handled the distribution of Kraft’s Food Group products throughout the western United States.  In order to facilitate the transaction The Allen Group purchased Kraft Food Groups existing facility, constructed the new refrigerated warehousing portion, and created a new master lease with for the entire facility.
