Logistics Park Kansas City is the latest Inland Port to be developed by the Company, as BNSF Railway announced The Allen Group as their real estate development partner in the fall of 2006. Logistics Park Kansas City, located in Gardner, Kansas, 25 miles southwest of Kansas City, is estimated to have 1,000 acres of land for an intermodal facility and seven million square feet of distribution and warehouse facilities. The Logistics Park will be adjacent to Interstate 35, State Highway 56 and the future BNSF Intermodal Facility (operational by 2009).
Build-to-suit sites and speculative facilities will be available in 2009.
