One of north Texas’ first two LEED Certified industrial buildings located at The Allen Group’s largest development, the Dallas Logistics Hub. The Hub is a 6,000-acre master-planned development in Southern Dallas County that will ultimately support over 60 million square feet of vertical development. The development features Foreign Trade Zone designation, Triple Freeport advantages, and unparalleled infrastructure (two intermodal terminals, close proximity to four highways, and a future cargo airport), thus positioning this Inland Port as the true center for worldwide trade.
